Bennett Spring State Park ![]() More than 100 million gallons of water gushes daily from Missouri's third largest spring, Bennett Spring. The bubbling, emerald-colored pool feeds a stream that runs through the 3,100-acre park. The stream is stocked daily during the March 1 - Oct. 31 trout season by the Missouri Department of Conservation, and provides excellent fishing for rainbow trout. Canoeing is popular on the Niangua River, which borders the park. One of the state's oldest and most popular parks, Bennett Spring State Park includes a nature center, swimming pool, dining lodge, rental cabins and many campsites. Recommended Activities
Go canoeing down the spring and then spend a night camping under the stars.
