Rocky ledges and outcrops are the perfect seats from which to view the panorama below.. Experienced rock climbers will enjoy the challenges of Crowders Mountain. Climbing is permitted in designated areas only and all climbers must register according to park regulations. Basic rock climbing safety equipment and techniques must be used at all times.

Eight trails at Crowders Mountain State Park provide access to 15 miles of hiking and nature trails. You can also fish from choice spots on the banks or try your luck from the seat of a canoe. The big catches in this park are bass and bream.
