We are often asked about bringing kids along on tours, so we've put together a trip just for families with kids! The Trail of the Ancients Tour is the perfect route to introduce the younger members of the family to mountain biking and backcountry camping. The terrain and pace is moderate, and we'll have time each day to work on mountain biking skills and to explore the surroundings. The Trail of the Ancients crosses Elk Ridge, an 8,000 foot plateau with options for extra mileage for more advanced riders. We also have an assortment of bikes for our smaller riders.
